Air Jordan CMFT Air Max 10

Having already seen the 11 and 12 versions, Jordan Brand gives us a look into the CMFT Air Max 10, a continuation of the Air Max series they’ve developed throughout the past year. This latest edition of the Air Jordan runner features a design scheme inspired by the Air Jordan X. Three colorways are featured for the month of April, including red, green and yellow versions, all incorporating a motif much like we saw last year from the Air Jordan II Candy Pack.

ROLLFORLIFE

Most of the young, fashionable kids start their own clothing company because, well, they got too much money to spend. Not this guy I am afraid.

Tony Chen, an aggressive rollerblader from central Taiwan, started his brand not because he thought extreme sports market needs a new T-Shirt company. He is doing it out of love for his friends and family.

The name" ROLLFORLIFE" is both a symbol and the spirit he hopes would signify not just aggressive rollerblading community but all the extreme sports communities.
The t-shirt is currently not available yet because Tony believes in taking his time to ensure the best quality possible. Because, after all, the ones who are going to be repping this t-shirt are all his homies.

Here is a quick glimpse of Tony and his amazing ability.

Day 1- Recalling my days at the psychiatric ward

March 7th, 2011.
P.S. no phone, no computer, no pen nor pencil. only allowed to bring basic personal hygiene stuff with me.
Checked in to the hospital about 10:30 in the morning. People were fairly nice at the front desk. I was not panicking. Everything was moving in slow mode. I had a nasty felling in my gut but I did not tell my doctor, I thought he was a dumb ass.
During the first interview after I got in, through 2 coded gates, I was antsy and pissed. All I wanted was to get over with it so I could go find my bed, take some pills and chill.
Two doctors were interviewing me. One kept on drawing diagrams on a tiny piece of paper, his drawing sucks. The other asked me a whole lotta questions; most of them were about my depression and some were about the problems I have in turns of getting used to living in Taiwan.
While we were talking, his phone rang. "Hey man, you want to go get some lunch? Oh, sorry, I am with patient right now, gimme 30 mins and I will meet up with ya." I looked at him straight in the eyes and told him in a firm and commending voice: this is exactly the reason why I am still not used to living in Taiwan. Even doctors, who are supposedly highly educated and well mannered, do not know how to show simple respect toward other people.
His mouth was wide open and his facial expression was in owe. I bet he would never thought of the day he would have gotten lectured by one of his mental patients.
That was the interview. And, during the whole time of the interview, someone lady in the next room just kept on scream about how she really wanted to die so she could feel better.

Lunch cart came. The food was absolutely horrid. I guess that is probably the main reason why some of the patients stay for so long because they are not properly fed. During lunch, I tried my hardest to collect my thought to see if I still the news on the internet from the night before. And this came out of my memory; some British aero-scientists claimed we have been holding the evidences of alien existence. Then I had my head up and looked around, and thought to myself. "We already live in a world full of aliens, we just do not know it."
Supposedly, by knowing the existence of extraterrestrial beings, the balance of human society would be shattered. I think whoever said that should check himself or herself in the mental hospital and spend a few days chilling with all the different characters. The balance of human society has been shattered, it is just concealed from the outside world so no one would know.

This one kid would just keep on walking in circles. And whenever he sees an exit sign, he would touch it and say a prayer sort of thing. Sometimes it for good luck, sometimes is to bring all the dead spirits to the psychiatric ward so he can have some friend. There is this other lady who also walk in circles, he does nothing though. Just a plain boring insane person.

Artist- James Jean

James Jean “Rebus” Exhibition

BY L. RUANO, MARCH 13, 2011

Martha Otero opened its doors last night to the latest exhibition from Los Angeles-based artist James Jean, titled Rebus. For this new body of work, Jean presented paintings, drawings and a wall installation. The subject matter revolved around a fictionalized subconscious representation of deities in an apocalyptic decaying romanticized setting. Jean’s visual symbolism is composed of an amalgamation of lyrically gestural, expressionistic, energetic, abstracted forms from highly detailed images to freely inscribed graffiti. “Rebus” will remain open through April 30, 2011.

my un dying love with simple shoes

I normally wear a pair of navy blue tennis shoes to work almost every day. The last time I had some high tech running shoes on was about 4 years ago and 20 lbs lighter.
And, before that, I was a sneaker head, a,k,a I collected shoes.
Nowadays, I no longer collect shoes but I still appreciate seeing something that got the classic silhouette with innovative, artistic designs.

If you want to know more about their shoes, please check gramstore for more information.

Skulls, horns, blood, numbers and jack-o
lantern?

Most of the people might have a hard time figuring out the relationship with all these different things, but not Mike Egan.

His paintings are filled with symbolic meanings primarily influenced by religion, pagan holidays and mythologies.

It is hard to pin point his style really. However, one can clearly see the trace of Pop Surrealism and German impressionism. To call his works an low bow art is an insult, but they are definitely different when compared with the ever- so- the- high and mighty gallery works.

Mike Egan is in a circle of his own.

Beef Noodle Soup

I am not exactly a big fan for beef noodle soup of any variety.
I tend to find them too greasy and simple tasting. To be honest, unless the restaurant has some secret spices, almost all of them taste the same. Nothing really peaks my interest.
Came dinner time me and my buddy Hill-Top were looking for some steaks but cant find any place that is not either packed with people already or just out of our price range.
we ended up going to this particular beef noodle soup please.
Because, according to her logic, its all beef anyway.
Once we got in, the walls of the restaurant were filled with posters and news article cut-outs showing how exclusive their soup is and how amazing their noodles are. And, I was like, "Please, geez not again, f**king tourist restaurant".
Surprisingly, the food wasnt bad at all.

Bug Hunt

Found this beetle while smoking a cuban cigar in the park; my buddy Sam ended up keeping it.
Anyone knows what kind of beetle is it?

I will follow this shepard
