GROSS!

An ice cream shop in London has sold out of its "Baby Gaga" flavor, which is made with vanilla pods, lemon zest, and human breast milkpurchased from a local mother. I love ice cream, but... no.

salty sticky good-ness!..........lol food post

How should I start this post without sounding like I am hired by them to push their food?
I guess the place doesnt need much advertisement since the door was opened about 55 yrs ago and its still at its present location.

However, the food look gross, I mean it. Taste? It is a whole other story.
It is like a bowl of short grain rice stuffed in a tin can with whole bunch of other ingredients including quarter of an soy sauce braised egg; half of braised Shitake mushroom; soft, flavorful, greasy yet amazing minced pork. And soaked with special broth then steamed in this tin cup until all the ingredients blend into this perfect food symphony.
The best part is, the large order, which is big enough to feed a fully grown american, only costs about a dollar fifty.

The location of the restaurant is: 231, No.1,GuangYuan Rd, Feng-Shan District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
the opening hours are monday to friday from 11 in the morning until 11:30 at night.

Why spend tons money on this weird ass bike builded with shitty groupo, shitty saddle, shitty wheel-set to satisfy your tiny manhood?
why not just man up and buy a real vintage italian steel frame with campy groupo, campy wheel-set, philwood hubs and selle de italia saddle so you can be with real wieners. LOL

Cadence Lorem Ipsum tool pouches

More and more accessories keep getting added to the Cadence Lorem Ipsum collection. These new tool pouches look rather nice and I'm glad someone finally made a hip tool pouch with pump straps. Pick one up here at Cadence.

As a cyclist, i think i should all be prepared, anytime, anywhere.

can someone please tell me why?

Pumpkin Milkshake

I have never had real Pumpkin Milkshake.
sure, we have all had the sweet ass kind from starbucks or some other mass chain stores.
I came across this little dingy juice stand on my way to work. out side of the juice stand, there is this big red banner with letters in chinese saying: fresh organic pumpkin milk shake.
Instantly, my curiousity got the best of me. I got myself one.
How was it taste? I thought it was pretty damn good actually, sort of like licking your fingers after your done mixing your holiday pumpkin pie minus the cinnamon taste.
If you are interested in trying it, i suggest you make it by yourself. afterall, it is just fresh milk blended with pumpkin.
however, if you are lazy like me and currently live in kaohsiung, taiwan. the place is right on the block Lin-Sen 3rd road and Nan-Tian St

We see useless , colorful junks ever day. your most hated little brother's half broken ranger toy. mom being a hoarder with her bottles and cans. or, even your own long forgotten childhood battle robots.

Robert Bardford creates his life-size and larger-than-life sculptures of humans and animals from discarded plastic items, mainly toys butalso other colorful plastic bits and pieces, such as combs and buttons, brushes and parts of clothes pegs.

Contrary to some reports, he’s not a self-taught artist who tinkered in his shed one day and suddenly decided to create something out of his kids’ discarded toys.
He is a London-born and U.K. and U.S.-trained visual artist who, like many artists, also had another career on the side. His was that of a psychotherapist. In 2002, he started to consider the possibilities that his children’s forgotten toys could have as part of something bigger.
Bradford says he likes the idea that the plastic pieces have a history, some unknown past, and that they also pass on a “cultural” history as each of the pieces represents a point in time.Recycling is not his primary concern, but each sculpture certainly keeps quite a few pieces from becoming landfill. Some of the sculptures contain pieces from up to 3,000 toys and sell for £12,000 (US$19,000). - Tuija Seipell

new kicks

My feet are wide and chubby, just like my body.
I cant never find shoes that fit me well until i tried these on the other night. these shoes felt like angels were rubbing my feet with their little fingers.
The dilemma right now is: current own about 4 pairs of shoes, 3 are in decent condition and one is about half dead.
Should i just drop another 80 bucks on these or not?

spy game

“Named Turtle Jacket, the aluminium ‘iPhone camera case’ contains UV filter, and is compatible with any 37mm lenses. The company also offers 60mm (for close up), 21mm (for long shot) and 8mm (for fish-eye-view). The two holes in the bottom are for tripod. The case is also compatible with other brands such as Manfrotto Modo. Paired with a camera strap, it looks almost like a digital camera.”

I think if you own an iphone4 or is currently waiting for iphone 5 to come out, you might want to think about getting this.
why? think about what you can do with this nifty little set-up.

forever grateful

I live in this amazing city for more then 10 years of my live.
i am not going to claim I know everyone, everything and everywhere.
but, I do know a great deal.
This city taught me a lot and I will be forever grateful.

my muse

I painted this two years ago while still living in Wilmington, NC.
i dont think too many people know about it except both of my roommates at the time and of course some friends who were visiting.
the sadness on her face is going to be the toughest question for me to solve in my entire life.
I wish her happiness until the end of time.

if nothing else, believe in art.

but, how can i do that because i already believe in art.

anyway, excuses are excuses.
here is a new painting.
These people are more like my family than my real family. Without them, I would probably wouldnt be who I am today.
